Night-time Lactation Bars

IMG-5696.JPG

These granola bars are the perfect snack to nourish you while you feed your baby. When baby eats, you should eat too! These are great to keep in a bowl by where you nurse your baby (along with a cup of water!). It is especially important to still eat at night if you feel hungry. Dad may also enjoy this power snack.

You can make these before your baby arrives and freeze them easily as well.  Another great idea -  send this recipe to your friend and ask if they can help make them for you!  These are several ingredients that encourage lactation like oats, brewers yeast, and wheat germ.
